then follow my steps:- =>go to windows search button and search "turn windows features on or off" =>make sure you have selected "windows subshell for linux and "virtual machine platform" checkbox. => then press ok and restart your pc. =>if the problems continued then again go to turn windows features on or off and try by turning on and off hyper-v or hypervisor platform
